A six seat light jet with a Belgian address. Antwerp to Toulon, Rotterdam to Toulon, Milan to Antwerp: the CJ2+ on our board is the Low Countries to the Mediterranean and back.

Checking availability on this type...
Antwerp is the hub, Toulon the most frequent destination, Rotterdam and Milan the other ends. The larger CJ4 Gen2 works the same corridor from Wevelgem, so anyone flying between Belgium and the French or Spanish coast has two pages to watch.

Published about a week out, with listings that stay up longer than most light jets. Prices are not published on the CJ2+ in our record; expect to ask. Six seats is both the certified figure and what operators list. Specification: Citation CJ2+ specifications.

The CJ2 appeared in 2000 as the stretched development of the original CitationJet, and the CJ2+ of 2006 added FADEC controlled FJ44-3A-24 engines and Collins Pro Line 21 avionics. Six seats, single pilot certification and a straight wing that lets it use short fields are the reasons it became a favourite of owner flown and small charter operations, and why it turns up on this board from smaller European fields a larger jet would not use.
