The site is operated by Publishing Office SRL, registered in Romania, VAT / CUI RO37770955. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Publishing Office SRL, and "the site" means emptylegslist.com.
The site is an information service. It lists empty leg flights that charter operators have published on their own websites and lets you send an enquiry about them.
We are not an air carrier. We do not operate aircraft. We are not a licensed air charter broker. We are not an agent for any operator or for you. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract of carriage.
If you enquire about a flight, we pass your details to charter operators covering that route. Any flight you go on to book is a contract between you and that operator, on their terms and subject to their licences, insurance and conditions of carriage. We are not a party to it, we take no commission on it, and we hold no money.
Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you agree terms with an operator directly.
Listings are recorded from what operators publish. We record when we last checked and show that on the site. We do not warrant that a listing is current, correct or still available. An empty leg exists only because of the charter around it, so it can be sold, moved or cancelled at any moment and without notice.
Prices are shown as listed by the operator. Converted prices are rounded approximations for orientation only; the original listed figure is always available on the same listing, and it is the one that counts. Currency rates are fetched from a third party and may be out of date.
Where information is missing from a listing, we say so rather than filling the gap. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
We try to keep the site up and the data fresh, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including free access levels, at any time.
The text, design and structure of the site belong to us. Factual details of individual flights belong to the operators who published them. Aircraft specifications are quoted from manufacturer and industry sources, which are named on the relevant pages.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a flight being unavailable or cancelled, from anything an operator does or fails to do, or from the site being unavailable. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where we link to another site, including operator sites, airport pages and specification sources, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
