Every one of the five legs we have on record on this corridor came from one operator, Luxaviation, on two Embraer types: a Praetor 600 with nine seats on three of them and a Legacy 650 with thirteen on the other two. This is one fleet repositioning north, not several operators competing for the same traffic.
Athens fills up from northern Europe through the summer and empties out the same way. The reverse direction, London to Athens, is the same operator on the same two types, and we hold three legs going that way against five coming back. That imbalance is where the empty leg comes from.
The London end is not fixed. Four of the five arrive at Luton and the fifth went into Stansted, so the field is worth confirming before you plan anything at that end.
Ten days to a fortnight ahead on most of them. The 6 September leg first appears in our record twelve days before departure, 17 September fourteen days and 19 September eighteen. The 10 August leg was there on 31 July, which is the first day this record covers, so ten days is a floor rather than a measurement. The exception is 12 November, listed since 31 July and still open: a date published more than three months out is a repositioning the operator already knows about rather than a short notice release.

The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
Four of the five legs carry a published price, and they come in two currencies split by aircraft. The Praetor 600 is listed at GBP 20,700 on both of its priced dates and the Legacy 650 at EUR 24,900 on both of its. Both figures are the operator's price for the whole aircraft rather than a seat price. One operator repeating two numbers is that operator's asking price on those dates, not a market rate for the route.
The operator publishes its own block time on four of the five legs, between 3 hours 38 minutes and 3 hours 45 minutes. Seats are stated on four as well, nine on the Praetor 600 and thirteen on the Legacy 650; the 19 September listing gives no seat count, which is why that cell reads Not stated. Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and which London field you are landing at.
