Ottawa to Toronto is the pairing that recurs; Naples to Ottawa and back is the seasonal one, the Florida Gulf coast in winter and home again. Around those, the 605 appears from a broad set of operators in Canada, the United States and Europe with no single fleet dominating it. For a Canadian traveller it is one of the more dependable heavy jets on the board.
The 605 tends to be published with a couple of weeks in hand, more than most heavy jets here, and then does not stay long once it is up. The 605 was the 2006 refresh of the 604: same CF34-3B engines and airframe, with a Collins Pro Line 21 cockpit, larger cabin windows and a redesigned interior. Production ran until 2016, with 290 built, before the 650 took over.
