What he does here

Radu built Empty Leg List and writes the guides on it. The site collects empty leg flights as charter operators publish them, three times a day, and puts them in one searchable index. It is a listing service: it is not a broker, it is not an operator, it takes no commission, and enquiries go to the operator who confirms availability and the final price.

The guides are written from that record rather than from the industry's usual figures. Where a number appears in a guide it comes from flights the site has actually seen, and the sample size is printed next to it. Where there is no number, the guide says so.

Background

More than a decade in and around aviation. Alongside Empty Leg List he runs The Flying Engineer, a directory of the industry that lists more than 3,000 companies across 56 countries.

That is where the habit behind this site comes from. Empty Leg List has kept a record of every empty leg it has seen since 30 July 2026, including the ones that were listed and then went, and the guides are written from that record rather than from what the market says about itself.

Contact

WhatsApp +40 733 688 360, or through the contact page. For operators, the terms are on the operator page: free to list, no fee, no commission, no contract.
