One way empty legs between Malaga and Wevelgem, exactly as the operators list them. Prices are the operator's own, not a marked up quote.
Straight line distance between the two cities. Actual routing and flight time depend on the aircraft and the airports.
These two fields are each other's largest partner in our record, in both directions. Malaga produces eighteen recorded departures to eleven destinations and five of them come here, more than double the next three, which tie at two. From the Belgian end Wevelgem takes 83 recorded arrivals from 48 origins, and Malaga is joint second on five behind Cannes on nine.
Every leg on this corridor carries a published price, which is true of no other route we have written this month. One operator, Luxaviation, listed all five, all of them on the same type, a Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 2 with nine seats, and all five name both airports by ICAO code.
The figure barely moves. Four of the five are listed at EUR 8,300 for the whole aircraft, on 20 September and 1, 2 and 7 October 2026. The fifth, on 10 December, is EUR 8,500. That is a spread of EUR 200 across a quarter of the year on the same aircraft type.
The reverse direction is published and the operator prices it the same. Wevelgem to Malaga holds seven legs in our record and the two that carry a figure, on 4 November and 15 December, both say EUR 8,300 on the same Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 2. On a great circle of 911 nautical miles this operator is quoting the sector at one number regardless of which way the aircraft is pointing, which is the opposite of what the Edmonton and Calgary pair shows.
In an autumn cluster with one outlier. Four of the five depart inside eighteen days, between 20 September and 7 October 2026, and the fifth is on 10 December. Nothing in our record falls between those two groups.
Notice is long and it is consistent. Measured from the day each listing entered our record to its departure, the five gave 18, 19, 21, 68 and 98 days. Nothing on this corridor has appeared at short notice, which makes it a route to plan around rather than one to watch for a last minute opening.
Approximate corridor between Malaga and Wevelgem. Operators fly the sector direct; the airports each listing uses are shown on the flight itself.
All five listings name both ends by ICAO code, LEMG and EBKT, so there is no naming ambiguity on this corridor and nothing here rests on a city name alone.

Every leg we have recorded between Malaga and Wevelgem, in either direction, since 30 July 2026, whether it is still on the board or not. A leg leaves the board when the operator stops publishing it, and we cannot tell from outside whether it was sold or withdrawn, so these are counts of what was listed, not of what flew.
One bar per calendar month, from the first month in our record to the furthest date an operator has published so far. Grey bars are months already past, gold is this month and the months ahead. A blank month is a month we have no record for, and before August 2026 that means we were not yet recording. The months ahead hold only what operators have published up to now, and most empty legs appear days or weeks before departure, so those bars will keep growing. The shape says how far ahead operators publish, not how busy a month will be.

Each row is a pair of airports as the operator named them, in the direction flown. Both directions of the corridor are counted. An operator that names only the city leaves us the city, which is why some rows are city names.
The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
All five legs carry a published price: EUR 8,300 on four of them and EUR 8,500 on the 10 December leg. Those are the operator's figures for the whole aircraft, not a per seat fare, and they are the price the operator published rather than a quote we have been given.
That is unusually complete, and it is the operator rather than the corridor. Luxaviation publishes a price on 375 of its 840 listings in our record, so on fewer than half, and this route sits at the priced end of its book.
Seats are published on every one of the five, nine on each, and two of the five publish a block time, 2 hours 34 minutes and 2 hours 36 minutes, against a great circle of 911 nautical miles. Two of the five name the aircraft by registration, OO-ZUN on 20 September and OO-LXA on 7 October and 10 December.
Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and whether the published figure includes the Belgian handling at Wevelgem.
Malaga to Wevelgem empty legs are posted days ahead, not months. Leave your email and we watch both directions for you, Malaga to Wevelgem and Wevelgem to Malaga, and send you nothing else.
