One way empty legs between Zurich and Wevelgem, exactly as the operators list them. Prices are the operator's own, not a marked up quote.
Straight line distance between the two cities. Actual routing and flight time depend on the aircraft and the airports.
Wevelgem is the single largest destination Zurich has on our board. Zurich produces 44 recorded departures to 30 different destinations and five of them come here, ahead of Nice and Salzburg on three each. Inbound it is the same shape in miniature: Zurich takes 23 arrivals from 18 origins and Wevelgem leads those on three.
From the Belgian end this is joint second. Wevelgem takes 83 recorded arrivals from 48 origins, led by Cannes on nine, with Zurich and Malaga level on five.
It is one operator flying one aircraft. All five legs are Luxaviation on a Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 2 with nine seats, and four of the five are the same airframe, OO-NSG. The fifth, on 14 December, is OO-LXA. Every one of the five names both airports by ICAO code and publishes a block time.
The two directions are not priced the same, and the block times move with the price. Zurich to Wevelgem is listed at EUR 4,300 on all four of its priced legs, with a block of 1 hour 3 minutes on four of five and 1 hour 2 minutes on the other. Wevelgem to Zurich is listed by the same operator on the same type at EUR 3,900, with a block of 54 minutes on every leg we hold. Same sector, same aircraft, EUR 400 and nine minutes apart depending on which way it is flown.
Almost entirely in late autumn. One leg has flown, on 14 September 2026, and the other four depart on 16 November, 7 December, 9 December and 14 December. There is nothing on this corridor in October.
This is a long notice route and three of the five listings are new this week. Measured from the day each entered our record to its departure, the five gave 45, 83, 85, 94 and 108 days. Nothing here has ever been listed inside six weeks of the flight, so the alert is worth less on this corridor than simply looking ahead.
Approximate corridor between Zurich and Wevelgem. Operators fly the sector direct; the airports each listing uses are shown on the flight itself.
All five listings name both ends by ICAO code, LSZH and EBKT, so there is no naming ambiguity on this corridor and nothing here rests on a city name alone.

Every leg we have recorded between Zurich and Wevelgem, in either direction, since 30 July 2026, whether it is still on the board or not. A leg leaves the board when the operator stops publishing it, and we cannot tell from outside whether it was sold or withdrawn, so these are counts of what was listed, not of what flew.
One bar per calendar month, from the first month in our record to the furthest date an operator has published so far. Grey bars are months already past, gold is this month and the months ahead. A blank month is a month we have no record for, and before August 2026 that means we were not yet recording. The months ahead hold only what operators have published up to now, and most empty legs appear days or weeks before departure, so those bars will keep growing. The shape says how far ahead operators publish, not how busy a month will be.

Each row is a pair of airports as the operator named them, in the direction flown. Both directions of the corridor are counted. An operator that names only the city leaves us the city, which is why some rows are city names.
The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
Four of the five legs carry a published price and all four say the same thing: EUR 4,300 for the whole aircraft. That is the operator's figure, not a per seat fare. The fifth, the 14 September leg that has now flown, said price on request.
The other direction is cheaper by the operator's own reckoning. Luxaviation lists Wevelgem to Zurich at EUR 3,900 on the same Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen 2, so on this pair the published difference is EUR 400 and it favours flying east.
Seats and block times are published on all five: nine seats on each, 1 hour 2 minutes on the September leg and 1 hour 3 minutes on the other four, against a great circle of 291 nautical miles. Four of the five also name the airframe, OO-NSG, and the fifth names OO-LXA.
Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and whether the published figure includes the Belgian handling at Wevelgem.
Zurich to Wevelgem empty legs are posted days ahead, not months. Leave your email and we watch both directions for you, Zurich to Wevelgem and Wevelgem to Zurich, and send you nothing else.
