One way empty legs between Monterey and Las Vegas, exactly as the operators list them. The operator confirms availability and the price with you directly.
Straight line distance between the two cities. Actual routing and flight time depend on the aircraft and the airports.
This is the return half of the Las Vegas to Monterey flow. Monterey Peninsula (KMRY) is the field for Carmel, Pebble Beach and Big Sur, a small and wealthy catchment with far more demand to arrive than to depart. The aircraft that brought someone in has to get back to where the next job is.
All six legs we have on record came from one operator, Thrive Aviation, which is also the operator on every leg going the other way. Four types appeared: a Gulfstream G450, a Citation Longitude, a Citation Sovereign+ twice and a Citation CJ3+ twice.
Six legs coming back against five going out is as close to balanced as this corridor gets in our record. Two of the returns, on 22 and 23 August, were consecutive days on the same aircraft type.
At very short notice. Five of the six legs went on the board within three days of departure and one of those went up on the day it flew. Only the 23 August leg was listed further out, twelve days ahead. This is a corridor you watch rather than plan around, which is what the alert below is for.
Approximate corridor between Monterey and Las Vegas. Operators fly the sector direct; the airports each listing uses are shown on the flight itself.
Monterey has a short runway and sits on the coast, so fog is a genuine operational factor from late spring through summer. On a departure that matters, ask the operator what the plan is if Monterey is below minimums in the morning.
Between 31 July and 2 September 2026 we recorded 6 empty legs from Monterey to Las Vegas. None of them carried a published price: every operator on this corridor lists it on request. Each one was roughly an hour in the air, on four types, three of them Cessna Citations and one a Gulfstream G450.

The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
No operator on this corridor publishes a price. All six legs say price on request, so the figure comes from the operator when you ask and we show nothing rather than guess. No operator published a flight time either, so the block figure on this page is worked from the great circle distance rather than taken from a listing.
No listing here stated a seat count, which is why that column reads Not stated the whole way down. The types are the guide: a CJ3+ is a light jet, a Sovereign+ and a Longitude are midsize, and the G450 is a large cabin aircraft. Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and how many seats the aircraft actually has available.
