One way empty legs between Jacksonville and Miami, exactly as the operators list them. Prices are the operator's own, not a marked up quote.
Straight line distance between the two cities. Actual routing and flight time depend on the aircraft and the airports.
Jacksonville to Miami is about 285 nautical miles down the length of Florida, and the legs that publish a block time run from one hour to one hour twelve. At about 285 nautical miles it is the longest corridor inside Florida that this site has a page for, level with its own reverse, and at that distance the jet saves most of a five hour drive rather than a short hop.
Miami is the single busiest thing Jacksonville does. Jacksonville International sends 38 recorded movements to 28 destinations and Opa-locka Executive takes six of them, three times the next destination, which is two. Nothing else Jacksonville sends anywhere reaches three.
The flow is lopsided the other way. Opa-locka Executive takes 230 recorded arrivals from 105 origins and Jacksonville is seventh at six, while Miami back to Jacksonville runs thirteen recorded legs against these nine. Miami sends aircraft north and gets fewer back, and the northbound page is the better one to watch if your direction is flexible.
Five operators appear here, which is a wide spread for a corridor of nine legs. Executive Air Services has four of the nine, all of them Beechjets, and the other five are one leg each from Elite Jets, FliteAccess, Malone AirCharter and two from Call a Jet. Only Malone publishes prices, on 22 of its 43 listings, and its 27 September Citation CJ3 at USD 4,400 is the one figure on this page.
Nine movements on nine dates spread over twelve weeks, 8 August to 30 October 2026, with no regular rhythm to them. Four of the nine fall inside a fortnight at the end of October, 17 to 30 October, and all four are Executive Air Services Beechjets. Outside that cluster the corridor produces roughly one leg a fortnight.
Two of the nine were still on the board when this page was built, the 24 October and 30 October Beechjets. Notice has been long on the Executive Air Services legs, first seen 8 to 28 September for departures 26 to 50 days out, and short on the rest: the 6 October Elite Jets Phenom 300 appeared four days ahead and the 13 September FliteAccess Citation Bravo two days ahead. On a corridor this thin the alert is worth more than checking the page.
Approximate corridor between Jacksonville and Miami. Operators fly the sector direct; the airports each listing uses are shown on the flight itself.
Jacksonville International is the only Jacksonville field our listings use, so there is nothing to settle at the departure end. The arrival end needs a question. Six legs land at Opa-locka, one at Miami International and two name only Miami with no field at all, and the three are 25 miles and a very different ground experience apart. Ask which field before you agree anything. Miami back to Jacksonville runs thirteen recorded legs against these nine and has its own page.

Every leg we have recorded between Jacksonville and Miami, in either direction, since 30 July 2026, whether it is still on the board or not. A leg leaves the board when the operator stops publishing it, and we cannot tell from outside whether it was sold or withdrawn, so these are counts of what was listed, not of what flew.
One bar per calendar month, from the first month in our record to the furthest date an operator has published so far. Grey bars are months already past, gold is this month and the months ahead. A blank month is a month we have no record for, and before August 2026 that means we were not yet recording. The months ahead hold only what operators have published up to now, and most empty legs appear days or weeks before departure, so those bars will keep growing. The shape says how far ahead operators publish, not how busy a month will be.

Each row is a pair of airports as the operator named them, in the direction flown. Both directions of the corridor are counted. An operator that names only the city leaves us the city, which is why some rows are city names.
The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
One leg of the nine carries a published price: Malone AirCharter's eight seat Cessna Citation CJ3 on 27 September at USD 4,400 for the whole aircraft. That is the only figure on the corridor and it is the only one you can hold up against anything.
The silence from the other four operators is policy rather than oversight. Executive Air Services has published a price on none of its 290 recorded movements, FliteAccess on none of its 82, Elite Jets on none of its 159 and Call a Jet on none of its 214. Malone is the odd one out at 22 of 43, a little over half.
Call a Jet is worth a separate word. Its two legs here are the only ones on the corridor with no block time and no seat count we can show beyond what it published, and across its 214 listings with us it names 47 different aircraft types and carries no airport code on a single row. It is the broadest and the thinnest feed we take at the same time, so treat its two rows here as a record that something flew rather than as a specification.
Ask the operator which Miami field you are landing at, whether the figure covers the whole aircraft or a part charter, and what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through. The USD 4,400 is the operator's published figure for the whole aircraft, never per seat and never a from price.
