One way empty legs between Miami and Daytona Beach, exactly as the operators list them. The operator confirms availability and the price with you directly.
Straight line distance between the two cities. Actual routing and flight time depend on the aircraft and the airports.
Opa Locka Executive is the Miami field private aviation actually uses, and Daytona Beach is 200 nautical miles up the Atlantic coast. On our board this is one of the two busiest things Miami does: of the 157 departures we have recorded from Opa Locka, to 77 different destinations, eight came up this corridor and eight went to Teterboro, and nothing else reached seven.
The other end is far narrower, and that is the more useful fact. Daytona Beach appears in our record with three origins in total. Of the ten arrivals we have recorded there, eight came from Opa Locka, one from Bimini and one from Sarasota. Almost everything that arrives at Daytona Beach as an empty leg comes off this one Miami field.
One operator lists all eight. Executive Air Services publishes a seat count and a block time on every one of its 126 listings anywhere in our record, and a price on none of them, which is why the table below is full in three columns and empty in one. No second operator appears on this corridor in either direction.
Two aircraft types, four legs each, and they are not the same class of aeroplane. A Beechcraft Beechjet 400A with seven seats flew on 12, 13 and 14 September and is listed again for 9 October. A Gulfstream GIV-SP with thirteen covers 14, 15, 16 and 17 September, four days running. No listing on this corridor names a tail number, so we can say two types and not how many airframes.
In runs of consecutive days rather than a trickle. Seven of the eight depart between 12 and 17 September 2026, and 14 September carries two, one of each type. The eighth is 9 October. There is nothing on this corridor in our record before September.
Notice is close to nothing. Six of the eight entered our record on the morning of the day they departed. One came in six days ahead and the 9 October leg twenty eight days ahead. On a corridor that posts this late the route alert is the only thing that catches a leg in time to use it.
Approximate corridor between Miami and Daytona Beach. Operators fly the sector direct; the airports each listing uses are shown on the flight itself.
Every one of the eight listings names both ends by ICAO code, KOPF and KDAB, so nothing on this page rests on a city name. That is worth saying because our record spells the southern end both Miami and Opa Locka, and because Opa Locka Executive is north west of downtown Miami rather than beside Miami International. On a flight the operators list at 54 minutes, the drive at either end can be the longer half of the journey. One note about the table further down, which reads our record live: the operator spells the larger aircraft two ways, G-IVSP on three of the four listings and GIV-SP on the fourth, and both are the same type, so both spellings appear in the table and they are not two different aeroplanes.

Every leg we have recorded between Miami and Daytona Beach, in either direction, since 30 July 2026, whether it is still on the board or not. A leg leaves the board when the operator stops publishing it, and we cannot tell from outside whether it was sold or withdrawn, so these are counts of what was listed, not of what flew.
One bar per calendar month, from the first month in our record to the furthest date an operator has published so far. Grey bars are months already past, gold is this month and the months ahead. A blank month is a month we have no record for, and before August 2026 that means we were not yet recording. The months ahead hold only what operators have published up to now, and most empty legs appear days or weeks before departure, so those bars will keep growing. The shape says how far ahead operators publish, not how busy a month will be.

Each row is a pair of airports as the operator named them, in the direction flown. Both directions of the corridor are counted. An operator that names only the city leaves us the city, which is why some rows are city names.
The price on a card is the operator's figure for the whole aircraft. What that comes to per seat, across every type we see, is in how much an empty leg private jet costs.
No operator on this corridor publishes a price. All eight listings say price on request, and the single operator that makes them, Executive Air Services, publishes a price on none of its 126 listings anywhere in our record, so that is its practice rather than a gap in our collection. We show nothing rather than guess.
What the listings do publish is the cabin and the time. Seats are given on all eight, seven on each of the four Beechcraft Beechjet 400A legs and thirteen on each of the four Gulfstream GIV-SP legs. A block time is given on all eight as well, and every one of them says 54 minutes, the same figure for both types over the same 200 nautical miles.
No listing here names a tail number, and Executive Air Services publishes one on none of its 126 listings, so on every row you can see the type and the cabin and not the individual aircraft. We have recorded one leg coming back from Daytona Beach to Opa Locka, far below our bar for a page, so there is nothing to compare this direction against.
Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and what the price actually is, since nothing on this corridor publishes one.
Miami to Daytona Beach empty legs are posted days ahead, not months. Leave your email and we watch both directions for you, Miami to Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach to Miami, and send you nothing else.
