This is an unusual corridor for an empty leg board. Seattle to Regina is not a business pair with traffic running both ways. Every one of the five legs we have on record came from one Canadian operator, Chartright Air Group, on one aircraft type, a Bombardier Global 5000 with fourteen seats.

Two of the five legs carry a published price and both name the same figure, CAD 22,000 for the whole aircraft. The other three say price on request. One figure repeated twice is not a market rate, so read it as what this operator asked on those two dates rather than as what the route costs.
Every leg here is the same type with fourteen seats, so the cabin does not vary the way it does on most corridors. Ask the operator three things: whether the departure time can still move, what happens if the paid flight that created this empty leg falls through, and where you clear customs.
